Lily Allen has made headlines after publicly lashing out at her ex-husband, David Harbour,

in the wake of their separation. The British singer, 39, and the Stranger Things actor, 49, ended their marriage late last year after four years together, but it seems the wounds from their split are still fresh for Allen.

During a live recording of her podcast Miss Me? at Hackney Empire in London, Allen opened

up about her feelings post-breakup, admitting that she is still struggling to move on. The singer didn’t hold back as she mocked Harbour and her previous partners for their lack of effort in the bedroom.

“I don’t think there has been one person that has been remotely interested in my pleasure,” she confessed to her podcast co-host, Miquita Oliver. She went on to reveal that she suffers from what she called “d**k blindness,” explaining that she can’t even picture the private parts of any of her exes—except for one, whose images she still has on her phone.

Allen also shared that, following her split from Harbour, she plans to shift her romantic focus toward younger men, noting that she has a pattern of seeking out father figures due to unresolved “daddy issues.” However, she admitted that she is working to break that cycle.

Allen and Harbour, who met on the celebrity dating app Raya in 2019, tied the knot in a Las Vegas ceremony in 2020. Their whirlwind romance saw Allen relocate from London to the U.S., where the couple settled in Brooklyn with her two daughters from her previous marriage.

However, rumors of trouble in their marriage surfaced late last year, and by December, friends confirmed that they had been living separate lives for months. Reflecting on their breakup, Allen confessed: “I am not over it. I am sort of running away. Maybe I will have a nervous breakdown.”

Their love story had an unconventional beginning. When Allen first stumbled across Harbour’s profile on Raya, she had no idea who he was. “I thought he was just like a sexy policeman from a reality TV show because he was wearing a policeman’s uniform,” she previously shared on The Jonathan Ross Show, later realizing the photo was from Stranger Things.

Their relationship progressed quickly despite her initial skepticism. “I didn’t think it was going to go anywhere. He was here filming Black Widow. He was only going to be here for a couple of months. And then it did [go somewhere],” she recalled.

However, their marriage ultimately unraveled, with Allen becoming suspicious that Harbour had been unfaithful. According to reports, the singer went full detective mode, rejoining Raya under the guise of searching for women and cross-referencing them with Harbour’s Instagram follows. She allegedly discovered that Harbour had an active profile on the elite dating app for at least a month before their split.

A source close to Allen revealed: “Lily was looking for women that were on Raya and cross-referencing them with women David follows on Instagram to try to figure out who he was seeing. She was doing her Wagatha thing. Lily only rejoined Raya to try to figure out whether he was seeing someone.”

The revelation reportedly left Allen devastated. “Lily has never even looked at anyone since she met David. She is devastated. He broke up with Lily a month ago. He was meant to be on holiday with her in Kenya over Christmas,” the source added.

Harbour’s alleged Raya profile was later exposed by The Mail on Sunday, showing that he described himself as a “closet nerd that plays tough guys on your TV.” His location was listed as Atlanta, Georgia, where he bought a home last year to be closer to the Stranger Things set. This move put him 800 miles away from the Brooklyn home he once shared with Allen and her children, further straining their marriage.

Allen’s friends reportedly suspected that Harbour had been interested in other women for some time. By the time their relationship officially ended, she had become convinced that he had already moved on with someone new.

“Lily is of the belief that he has been open to meeting new people for some time now, though she only found out at the end of the summer,” an insider claimed. “He has been living in Atlanta for a year for filming.”

Despite the bitterness surrounding their split, Allen appears to be navigating her new reality with her signature blunt honesty. While she admits she’s still reeling from the breakup, her candid comments suggest she’s determined to reclaim her independence—even if it means publicly mocking her exes in the process.
